Processing times may vary during product launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods.


By placing an order on Whitenicious.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.





Domestic Shipping (United States)



We offer a $15 flat-rate shipping fee for all U.S. orders.


From time to time, Whitenicious may provide free-shipping promotions when a minimum purchase threshold is met. These promotions may change or end without notice.


Domestic orders are primarily shipped through United States Postal Service, though alternative carriers may be used when necessary.





International Shipping



We proudly ship worldwide. International packages may be delivered by FedEx, DHL, UPS, or United States Postal Service depending on the destination.


Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping fee.


Refusing to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned or abandoned. Any credits issued will be reduced by shipping, return costs billed to us, and applicable restocking fees.





Tracking



Once your order leaves our facility, tracking information is provided. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery and contacting the carrier for updates or delivery arrangements.





Signature Confirmation Option



Customers who want additional security may request signature confirmation.


When signature service is purchased, the carrier must obtain a signature before releasing the parcel.


If signature service is not selected, the customer accepts responsibility once the carrier marks the package as delivered.





Carrier Delays & Transit Issues



After the order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Whitenicious is not liable for delays or delivery problems caused by:


  • customs inspections
  • weather or natural disasters
  • transportation or logistics disruptions
  • transfer to local delivery partners
  • strikes or service interruptions



Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.





Delivered Packages



Once tracking shows delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.


If you believe the package is missing after delivery confirmation, please contact the carrier immediately, check with neighbors or building management, and open a claim directly with them. Many carriers use GPS and photographic confirmation.


We cannot replace or refund shipments that are confirmed delivered.





Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery



Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information.


If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, the order will be eligible for store credit only, minus:


  • original shipping fees
  • return charges billed to us
  • restocking fees



Reshipment requires new shipping payment.





Undeliverable or Abandoned Shipments



If a carrier determines a package is undeliverable, we will process the return once it arrives back to us. Any credit issued will follow the deductions listed above.





Payment Disputes



Filing a dispute for an order that has been processed and delivered may be considered fraudulent.


Whitenicious keeps detailed verification records, including shipment documentation, carrier scans, delivery confirmation, and checkout data. These are provided to financial institutions when contesting disputes.
